More Properties Are Open, with Some Openings Now Scheduled for the Fall
We successfully reopened many of our hotels in June and July, but travel restrictions in key markets are pushing back several openings to the fall. Please refer to the grid below for details on each resort and destination:

* Guests holding reservations from August 1-31, 2020 at Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun will be accommodated at Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun or Generations Riviera Maya, in a comparable room category as originally booked. Guests holding reservations from August 1-October 31, 2020 at Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts or Sensatori Punta Cana Resort are encouraged to take advantage of our policy and incentive to rebook for a future travel date.

Our Flexible Cancellation Policy is Extended
Amendments to the cancellation policy include an extension of previous policies to encompass rebooking of FIT and select group reservations through August 31, 2020 and for new bookings (FIT and groups) made through August 31, 2020.

Our guests’ well-being remains our top priority and we have taken this opportunity to enhance all our health and safety protocols with our Karisma Peace of Mind program that includes over 100 new protocols in cleanliness, sanitation, and best service practices. Our protocols are certified through the Delos Well Living Lab in conjunction with the Mayo Clinic, and we are also among the first hotel chains to align with the WELL Health-Safety rating from the International WELL Being Institute and are fully certified by CheckSafetyFirstCristal International Standards and EarthCheck.
