We all know Hurricane Season has Officially Started for Florida.
For those heading to the Walt Disney World Resort this week, you may also be entertaining an unwanted guest, either Tropical Storm Elsa or Hurricane Elsa if she should build up again.
According to National Weather Service Hurricane Center, Elsa could be visiting the Orlando area sometime Tuesday or Wednesday.
Many outlets along with Destinations with Character Travel have noticed “Meal Kits” or “Hurricane Meal Kits” have begun appearing advertised that can be purchased at a number of the Quick Service or Fast Casual Dining Experiences at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.
The kits being offered are breakfasts and lunches that can be purchased for a reasonable price to take back to your rooms should the storm hit.
As of this morning, most of the dining establishments were not selling these “kits” yet, but would be soon.
Here are a number of the locations that we have found offering these meal kits:
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Disney’s Pop Century Resort
Disney’s Beach Club Resort
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
