For a number of weeks now, guests to The Walt Disney World Resort have noticed something missing from the FastPass choices, reserved locations for the “Wishes Nighttime Spectacular“. Guests have been asking, “Why did Disney build these beautiful Plaza Garden viewing locations in front of Cinderella’s Castle, and then get rid of FastPasses for “Wishes Nighttime Spectacular“?
Well Mouseketeers, the reason is finally out. Finally, here’s the reason why, The Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party!
A number of web sites have reported that The CM Hub is saying that due to the overwhelming popularity of the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party.
The Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party is a reserved, ticketed event where you enjoy a number of delicious desserts at The Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant and then “From outside on the covered patio, enjoy a nearly unobstructed view of Cinderella Castle and the skies above. Watch the mesmerizing Wishes Nighttime Spectacular—the biggest and brightest fireworks extravaganza in Magic Kingdom history—and look for Tinker Bell as she soars right above your head.”
According to various reporting from The Hub, starting April 19, 2016, Guests will be able to make same day reservations for the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party, and after enjoying their desserts in The Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant, will proceed to the Plaza Garden Area to view the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, while guests who booked in advance will still continue to view the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from the Tomorrowland Terrace viewing location.
This should allow a large number of additional guests to take part in this very popular, private ticketed event!
The price for this Ticketed Event is 59.00 for Adults & $35 for children, Tax Inclusive.
