Sandals is luxury all inclusive-great for honeymoons!
All Sandals resorts are couples only, all meals, drinks and snacks. You are guaranteed a table of 2 for dinner.
I was fortunate to have a Skypool Butler Suite in Italian Village. My room had a mini bar, large living room, in door soaking tub and outdoor soaking tub. Balcony was huge with 3 foot infinity edge pool on one side of double balcony and 2 long chairs, sofa and soaking tub on other. Drapes for privacy if you wanted. Best of all was access to 2 butlers, that would reserve dinner reservations, serve drinks on beach and food if you wanted. 1 day I went snorkeling and my shirt was wet. My butler Brent gave me a phone to call him and I asked for a shirt in my room so I could go to lunch a Spices restaurant.
On restaurants, I love Butches Chop House-surf and turf is excellent
Le Jardinere is French restaurant and had excellent food for dinner and was excellent for breakfast
Spices is regular restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Kimoonos is Japanese Teppanyaki, food is excellent, but not a big fan of the nice show they put on, other guest love it
Soy is new style and has all kinds of Sushi
Neptune’s is restaurant closest to beach and a Mediterranean seafood restaurant. I like the fish tacos wife was not a big fan
The Café de Paris is excellent coffee shop where you can get expressos, cappuccinos and other coffee concoctions plus ice cream and many deserts.
Beach is nice and if you don’t have butler service will still serve drinks on beach. Pool in back of resort was very active and had swim up bars. Gym is in back of resort and I went
The property is 1 mile for airport so if flights aren’t great getting in, trip to resort is real quick
I have been to all the Sandals Resorts and because of my room and service this was my favorite. I really liked the Sandals Emerald Bay in Bahamas because of golf course, but the dining and experience I had in Grenada is excellent all guests at the resort had a good time. Almost forgot the Spa was very popular.
