Previously, we walked around the entrance of the park, then we moved on to Key West, the thrill ride section (including Journey to Atlantis and the Kraken), Antarctica, and the beautiful Waterfront. Let’s now continue our tour of the park by walking around the brand-new Shark Wreck Reef themed area and more.
Enter the Shark Wreck Reef:
It’s unusual to see this area not busy due to the presence of the new coaster:
We noticed quite a few new enhancements in the Shark Encounter:
Multiple new projections can be seen on the carpet and walls. These are small yet very nice additions:
Most of the signs advertising the new hyper coaster are gone:
Lighting has also improved around the exhibit:
A new TV screen has been installed just before the entrance of the shark tunnel:
The shark jaw has been removed:
New signs can be seen near the exit:
Time to continue exploring the rest of this themed area:
Mako was also closed due to lightning:
It’s s ad to see an empty venue, especially in a park that needs more indoor attractions and shows:
The Coke Freestyle trailer is still present:
