The Venetian in Las Vegas will be debuting CHICA, created by John Kunkel as part of 50 Eggs, in spring 2017. The restaurant will be the second Kunkel operation partnered with The Venetian, in addition to Yardbird Southern Table & Bar.
The menu will be crafted with help from Chef Lorena Garcia, who will draw inspiration from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, among others.
Joining sister restaurant Yardbird Southern Table & Bar in Restaurant Row at The Venetian, CHICA will be the property’s first Latin concept and the first of its kind in the Las Vegas market.
CHICA will be open daily for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Reservations can be made beginning in early 2017 through OpenTable. Multiple private dining areas will offer groups space to enjoy a variety of events, from cocktail parties to large seated dinners.
