We are Don & Tina the Owners of Destinations with Character Travel.
We are living our dream of making travel available to people of all walks of life! We are life long travel and Disney fans starting with family trips as a child to Disneyland, Universal Hollywood, Silver City, Branson Missouri, Grand Canyon National Park, the Walt Disney World Resort, Clearwater Beach, the Bahamas, and dozens of other U.S. destinations.
As adults we’ve traveled to many locations including dozens of trips to Walt Disney World at the majority of Resorts including Concierge and Club Levels, Disney Vacation Club Resorts (We own 2 DVC contracts), Russia, Germany, Singapore and Cambodia. Owning our own agency is a dream come true and a way to realize our goal of making travel available to everyone, no matter what their background or budget.

My name is Colin Hile and I currently call the Great Lakes state home with my fiancé! After college, I left Michigan to live in Florida for 7 years. Calling Orlando and then the Tampa Bay region home. During my time in Florida I worked with the Walt Disney Co. and I created magic at the Magic Kingdom and Grand Floridian resort. While in Florida you best believe i took advantage of every travel opportunity I could. From going on cruises, traveling to Florida destination towns, and of course visiting the several theme parks and events! My hope is to build a connection with any client I work and to share my previous travel experiences to make your future travels a breeze. I currently live in the quaint shoreline town of Mystic, CT with my husband Wayne and two boys, William and Jordan. Before settling here We lived all over the US and in Hawaii before my husband retired from the Navy. I love to travel and am a frequent visitor of Walt Disney World and was even lucky enough to visit Disneyland in Tokyo a few times. While living in Waikiki, on the island of Oahu for three years, I was able to experience the history and culture of the Hawaiian islands and became very familiar with all that these beautiful islands have to offer. We are Ken and Nikki Dangman, and we are a Disney loving family! I (Nikki) grew up going to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World as part of my family vacations every summer of my life. Once we were married, we knew we wanted to share Disney with our own kids. We have two boys that have been going to Disney every year since they were 2 and 18 months old. After our first trip, Ken realized how good I was at planning because we never waited more than 20 minutes for anything, and we had traveled at Christmas time too! We rode all the popular rides multiple times and went to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! From there, our family was hooked. We have traveled to most major parts of Florida and cruised to The Bahamas. Currently, we average about two vacations a year. We try to travel and experience all Disney has to offer across the country. Our family has experienced different resorts and have done the dining plan multiple times. We have flown and we have driven to Florida. Over the years, we have experienced many Early Magic hour events, After Hour events, tours, etc. We have even done Disney without our kids, and it was amazing! I am a seasoned Walt Disney World traveler. I could book my own trip but everything is so much better now that I work with the team from Destinations with Character.
